1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Our standard MOQ is 100 units per product per design. For smaller requirements, we can accommodate orders of 50 units per product per design, subject to a surcharge.

2. Do you create custom products? Yes, we specialize in custom product creation. The MOQ for fully custom-designed items is 1,000 units.

3. What are your payment terms? We require a 60% advance payment from our clients. The remaining balance is due once production is complete and the items are moved to our fulfillment center or the client's location.

4. What is the lead time for production? Our standard production time is 18–25 days. However, we are often able to complete production ahead of schedule and will notify you as soon as your items are ready.

5. Can you source items not currently in your catalog? Certainly. We understand that your brand may require unique items beyond our curated selection. Our team can source and procure specific products tailored to your needs.

6. Can I purchase products from Bright Land for resale? No. Bright Land products are strictly curated for corporate use and internal gifting programs. Our platform is dedicated to serving corporate clients with established gifting budgets.

Manage and Ship

7. What is the "Manage and Ship" service? "Manage and Ship" is a proprietary portal offered to clients who want to produce gifts in bulk and store them with us. It is a highly versatile solution:

Some clients use it to ensure their new employees receive welcome kits as soon as they are hired.

Others use it to store event promotional merchandise, which can be shipped on-demand to any location across Saudi Arabia.

As part of this service, we offer 12 months of free storage for your bulk-produced items. Please note that all applicable delivery charges are paid by the customer, and we will send a final invoice at the end of every month with a complete breakdown of all shipments made during that period.

8. Can I store external corporate gifts with Bright Land? Yes, we can store and manage external items for your company. Please note that this service is subject to applicable storage and handling fees.

9. Can you ship to different addresses? Yes, Bright Land can ship to any address within Saudi Arabia, even for a single unit. Please note that applicable delivery charges will apply.

10. How do I pay for delivery charges? At the end of every month, we will send you a final invoice providing a complete breakdown of all shipments made during that period.

11. Can you deliver to an event location? Yes, we can arrange delivery directly to your specified event location.
